This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for obtaining a refund for our coding bootcamp programs. By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to the terms and conditions specified below:
1. Eligibility for Refund:
1.1. Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you request to withdraw from the coding bootcamp within the first seven (7) days after the program’s start date. This grace period allows you to explore the initial course content and assess if the program meets your expectations.
1.2. Pro-Rated Refund: If you decide to withdraw after the initial seven (7) days but before completing 20% of the course duration, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund. The pro-rated amount will be calculated based on the number of days since the program start date and the total duration of the course.
1.3. Non-Refundable: After completing 20% or more of the course duration, no refunds will be issued. Additionally, any promotional or discounted enrollments are non-refundable, regardless of the program’s start date.
2. Refund Request Procedure:
2.1. To initiate a refund request, you must notify OneCodeCamp’s support team in writing via email. The email should include your full name, the course you are enrolled in, and a clear statement expressing your desire to withdraw and request a refund.
2.2. Refund requests submitted after the 20% course completion mark will not be processed, and the student will remain responsible for the full course fee.
3. Refund Processing:
3.1. Once we receive your refund request and determine that you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria outlined in Section 1, we will process the refund within 15 business days.
3.2. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during enrollment. If the original payment method is no longer valid, please provide an alternative payment method for the refund.
3.3. In case you received a promotional or discounted price during enrollment, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the actual amount paid after discounts.
4. Non-Refundable Fees:
4.1. Application Fees: Any non-refundable application fees charged during the enrollment process are not eligible for a refund.
4.2. Third-Party Fees: OneCodeCamp is not responsible for refunding any fees charged by third-party payment processors, banks, or financial institutions. Any such fees will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.
5. Course Completion and Certification:
5.1. If you receive a refund and later wish to re-enroll in the same course or a different OneCodeCamp program, you will be required to pay the current course fee at the time of re-enrollment.
5.2. Refunds will nullify any course progress and access to course materials. You will not be eligible for a certificate of completion for the course if a refund is issued.
6. Modifications to Refund Policy:
6.1. OneCodeCamp reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at its discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
6.2. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates or changes.
